Thank you for choosing Davao Florist for your floral needs. Please take a moment to review our delivery information to ensure a smooth and delightful experience.

Provinces:

  • Orders received before 2:00 noon (Philippine time) guarantee next-day delivery unless a specific delivery date is specified. Otherwise, delivery will occur after 1 day. No deliveries on Sundays.
  • Next-day delivery is not available during peak seasons such as Valentine's Day, Father's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas, New Year, etc. If no delivery date is specified, the dispatch department will follow the regular schedule.

Substitution Policy:

  • Substitutions may be necessary to ensure timely delivery. Rest assured, we give utmost care to make the arrangement as similar as possible to the requested item.
  • Specialty gifts may be substituted with another of equal or greater value and similar theme if the requested product is unavailable.

Delivery Time:

  • Please note that no specific time of delivery is committed. Deliveries will be made anytime within the day for orders placed before the cutoff time.

Hospital Deliveries:

  • For hospital deliveries, ensure the recipient is still in the hospital before scheduling delivery and specify the room number when placing the order.

Office Deliveries:

  • Office deliveries are made before 5 pm to the official address.

Delivery to Remote Areas:

  • We deliver to almost all places within Davao. If the delivery address is far from our courier office (for provincial delivery) or not covered, the recipient needs to pick up the item from our advised courier office. The recipient will be notified accordingly.

Disclaimer:

  • Customer satisfaction is our goal. While we strive to match items to website images, substitutions may occur for timely delivery. We deliver to almost all places within the Philippines, but if the address is distant, the recipient may need to pick up the item.
  • Delivery times may vary due to different merchants' items. You can request combined deliveries for different merchant products.

Recipient Acceptance:

  • Our courier and delivery team have the right to deliver to anyone at the specified delivery address. If the recipient is unavailable, any person at the address can accept the item and sign the delivery receipt.

Delivery Time Guarantee:

  • Delivery time guarantees are suspended during extreme weather conditions. Incomplete shipping addresses may cause delays.

Order Cancellation:

  • Davao Florist reserves the right to cancel orders at any time.
